Privacy Policy — Inertia: Moon Race
Effective date: August 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Inertia: Moon Race processes information when you play the game. If you have questions, contact the developer at Goga0130@gmail.com.
Information we process
- Anonymous backend identifier. The game automatically creates a technical anonymous identifier for online leaderboard features. You do not create a user-facing login account, and the game does not require an email address, password, phone number, or social sign-in.
- Player nickname. If you choose a nickname, it is sent to our backend and shown in the online leaderboard.
- Gameplay and leaderboard data. This can include run identifiers, distance/score, run duration, timestamps, finish reason, personal best, ranking information, and anti-cheat/validation data related to a run.
- Local game data. The game stores settings and progress-related information on your device, such as language, audio settings, control settings, nickname, and personal record.
- Technical/network information. Our hosting and backend providers may process standard request and security information such as IP address, request metadata, and similar technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- to provide the online leaderboard and show your ranking;
- to save and validate scores and runs;
- to prevent cheating, abuse, and fraudulent leaderboard submissions;
- to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the online service.
Advertising and payments
The current version of Inertia: Moon Race does not contain third-party advertising, in-app purchases, or paid subscriptions.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. Data needed for online features is processed using Supabase, which provides authentication, database, and server infrastructure for the game. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.
Data retention
Online profile and leaderboard data is retained while it is needed to provide the service, unless you request deletion. Limited security, anti-abuse, backup, or infrastructure log data may remain temporarily where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or normal backup/log rotation, after which it is deleted or overwritten according to operational retention practices.
Online profile and data deletion
You can request deletion of your anonymous online profile and associated online data. Visit the Inertia: Moon Race Online Profile & Data Deletion page or contact Goga0130@gmail.com. Because the backend identifier is anonymous, we may need information from the game to verify that the deletion request relates to the correct profile.
Children
Inertia: Moon Race is not designed to collect real-world identity or sensitive personal information from children. The game does not request a real name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures intended to protect online leaderboard data and restrict server-side operations. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may play without providing a real-world identity. You can change your in-game nickname and local settings. You may also request deletion of your online profile and associated data using the deletion page linked above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, backend services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
